early attacks on g and b pawn

Hello i have been playing chess for a while and there is something that makes me lose evrey single time
the early queen attacks on g and b pawn threatening to take my rook

the engine says im wining but it doesn't make sense because my pawn structure is ruined my king is in the center  and i have to not give my opponent time or else they will catch up
and im not good i know that my opponent will catch up and i will lose the endgame because of that pawn

can somebody please help with good video or tips on how to punish these attacks , i always end up blundering whenever my opponents throw their queen at my side

like how am i supposed to win if i sacrifice two pawns to have an open rook
what if my attack fails i will play a loosing endgame and my pawn structure is ruined and my king is in the center im about to get checkmated

I thought you have 436 rapid, and not 1436…. This is a common problem at <500.

That didn't help me , these positions are hard to play and im an endgame player i like to trade pieces and play the endgame but with these attacks my pawn structures is ruined and if i trade down , it is going to be hard to play

It's hard to give any reasonable advice on such a general issue. Please show us a game.

Probably you shouldn't let your opponent take your pawn. And if he takes it, certainly don't let him take the rook. Losing just a b-pawn is not such a big deal. Bobby Fischer was known to often play the "poisoned pawn" variation, where he sacrificed the b-pawn for a lead in development and initiative. You can search for that term to find a ton of articles and videos.

Holy moly, your last game in rapid, I never thought I see both sides blunder their queen nights rook everything. Especially a 1400!

Gotham chess would love that game, you should submit

Additional advice: When you have more than 4 minutes on the clock, and you can mate in 1 move, don't blunder your queen instead.
