No. I think website hosting companies count on most organizations being disorganized. There is one old man who has the contact info to the current web host and when he dies, we have less than a year until the whole thing goes goodbye forever. Everything on line is password protected and designed to keep people out--including the person who wants to access his own stuff. There's no one you can talk to either, since these things probably operate with minimal staff who probably aren't too good at English anyway.
