1300 Standard in 2 Months of playing Chess

Hello guys I am a 15 year old kid who has just discovered a good game called chess. About 2 months ago I started to play chess when I got to chess.com I lost the first 27 matches. I eventually won a match I was rated 430 around that time. A month later I hit 1000, another month and I hit 1250 I now am standard 1306 I recently had good wins beating a 1580 twice and a 1625 in a gruelling 30 minute match, I want to get better at least 2000+ how long would u guys think it would take me?

If u apply yourself,maybe 24/ 30 months. Things will get much harder when u play 16-1700 rated players.!8/2ooo will take alot of determination  and u may easily get stuck at this level-----good luck

depends if its otbrating or chess.com rating. a player with 1600 in norwegian otbrating will usually be 2000+ here.there is no correct answer to your question about how long it takes but there is a quickest way. studying tactics and endgames

You obviously have an aptitude for the game.  Any chess clubs you can join? As Eddy mentioned you might plateau around 1800 and more seasoned players at a club could help you out.  Might also think about getting a diamond membership here if you start getting "serious" about the game.  Best of luck!
