I left that tournament.
The reason the rating is unexpected is I've been scaling back my daily chess commitments.
So, I will only finish tournament games for the rounds I am in before withdrawing.

It's a shame, but I don't know how much chess I will be playing in the near future, so I figured I am not going to be staying in tournaments and risk mass forfeiting.
Sometimes you hit a new ratings milestones when you least expect it.
