1st game on account - faced a hacker??

Somebody on forums actually calling out a real hacker instead of being a sore loser? Even though his account did get closed for fair play it’s still against the forum rules to make poses like this

i can't see whats the problem here?
yeah his account got banned for not following the fair play policy
also i wasnt sandbagging my peak rating on my previous account was somewhere between 1100-1150
