2 Awards/Achievments are not unlocking; Need Help

Hi everyone,
There are two awards/achievements that are not unlocking, even though I’ve tried the best possible methods. Could anyone please help me unlock them? Here they are:
Team Player: You played in a Team Match!
Organizer: You directed a tournament!

Organizer is when you create a daily tournament, since you are a diamond member you should contact to help on chess.com

Team player I have not got but you have to play in a club team match

Daily tournament. They aren't tied to clubs
