Is this normal at chess.com? It feels like a loooot. In Lichess I wasn’t used to this much fair play refunds. Please help me understand

It probably means they take cheating seriously and rigorously ban cheaters. We know cheaters are a pest these days. Can't say how Lichess handles the problem, though.

I’m sure it’s treated very seriously. I’m just impressed with the frequency… also, so many new accounts. Maybe that’s why

okay i have to ask - what is your lichess.org account? I'm only saying this because you claimed to have played on lichess for a while - and if you really did, you wouldn't hesitate to tell me. if you're just a cheater trying to hide it, you probably wouldn't have a lichess account, and if you did it would probably be banned

The vast majority of games are played fairly, though at higher ratings you just see mute that aren't.
