I believe that you can, just put in the time and effort.
My goal is to be 2400+ by end of this year and not just 2400+ "hit" that number, but to actually stay there comfortably and not go back to 2300 anymore.

1500! Pushing to 1200 rn but I think 1500 is possible based on my progress so far

Be a constant 2100 blitz player (2000+ by the end of the year again peak 2100) and at least 2000 rapid. Bullet doesn't really matter but I'd like to be a constant 1900-1950 there too.
Best luck with that! I also want to hit it, not necessarily stable at it
