Congratulations to me! I succeeded in my Journey to 3K! In fact, I succeeded in only 1 month! In 1 month I went from 2100-3000.

The Saddest part of my glory is that grady reached 3000 yesterday, thus winning our race to 3000. But, at least I win my bet with Royalknight101!

I'd like to share the puzzle that brought me from 2997 to 3008

As a typical 'easy' puzzle, this one was rated 2600. I took 22 seconds to solve it and that is the target time for this puzzle

Since I reached 2000 it has taken just under 9 months to get here.

I fixed it. I just copied the puzzle over piece by piece because if I get the PGN it glitches

Just kidding. I did tilt to 2990, but now I am at 3029...which is 20 higher than I had yesterday

I noticed you had a time gap between 2200 and 2300?

Funny enough, I am at 2200 and working toward 2300 very recently.

Yes, I think that was actually the toughest time of my journey

Really eh. Lol that is not what I was hoping hear.

I find at this point that I am not getting the time bonus as frequently like I use too. So now I am working on taking my time and considering all checks continues to bites me. Then they throw a bone the odd time that should take me 15 seconds, I stall thinking it is a difficult one and waste a minute to only score a lowly 5 points haha.

Whats your strategy if you don’t mind sharing?

The main reason I paused my increase at that time was because I was on Vacation, but I still logged in and did some, mostly tilting

Okay...for strategy.

For one thing, if you are trying to improve, don't play games and do puzzles on the same day, it messes with your brain. Your mind will sink all you learned in by the next day and you will be better..Not the same day.

I’m have shifted my focus into puzzles the last months and rolled back my playing time. I’ve increased +240 points in doing so. I do the 25 allowed per day.

I started doing the puzzles in the evening before bed time and for some reason I perform  better vs morning time.

That is interesting. Most of the time I play in the evening/daytime and evening. I don't know how I would do in Morning. My guess is that after waking up in the morning your brain isn't ready for stress quite yet..
