4 bishops or 4 knights

Knights and bishops have roughly equal value. Knights are good in crowded positions. I would not like to play against 4 knights.I think bishops are easier to visualize their attacks along diagonals .Keeping track of 4 knights attacking your pieces would be confusing.

4 bishops would utterly destroy 4 knights, I think. The 4 bishop player would just quickly open the position up and the knights would bite at the rocks. For example:
Black already struggles to make, pretty much, any move that makes sense positionally. Stockfish gives over +1 to white in the initial position.
IF you had your choice and you had to pick one would you rather start the game with 4 bishops(2 dark sq, 2 light sq) or 4 knights. The side with 4 bishops are playing against the side with 4 knights.
Everything else is the same.
The best choice (?)2 knights and 2 bishops is not allowed.
