50 move rule without a player taking a piece??

There is a game being played right now between John971 and Estrellatus. It has a King agaisnt a King,Bishop and Knight. They are on about their 127 move. No one has taken a piece for the last 70 moves or so. I thought there was a rule that if no one took a piece after 50 moves the game was call  a draw. ??Am I mistaken?

They can claim a draw. If neither player does so, the game goes on.

a capture OR a pawn move

We shouldn't be commenting on an ongoing game.

Though one can post comments directly on an ongoing game itself (e.g. 46840178) - with neither participant being able to see the comments until after the game.
