OK, I'll bite. Send a GM over here to clean my bathroom and I'll pay him a fair janitor wage.
We live in a world where it is easier to make a big mess and have someone pick up the crap, later. Therefore, crap cleaners are in higher demand than problem solvers. This applies both literally and figuratively.
Perhaps you shouldn't limit yourself to those two options.
