Finding a coach en masse is simple...finding a coach that you work well with is not so simple.  Some coaches simply arent that good at coaching lower rated players, while others are.  Some coaches do it strictly for the money, and it shows.  Some coaches really try, but dont know what they are doing.  The key is findineg a coach that you can afford...work well with...and they work well with you.  My coach and I get along great, i consider myself very lucky.

Coaches cost money. Money that I do not have. If you can afford one, more power to you.

Yeah, if you DO have the money, they are good. If you don't... that is why it is not as simple as you say.
