xD they want to make money first, its an american company , if they could legally, they would kill 40k people a day for 12 dollars profit , what do you expect ?

They don't have enough moderators to keep this place clean from trash like that.

This is very frustrating. Not one of those numbers work, nor do they have a voicemail. I’m tired of it.

Most of that type of spam does not last long. There isn't 24/7 coverage and moderators, when they're on, aren't constantly refreshing the forums to catch spam as soon as it appears. So, sometimes, things can slip through and be around for a while.
My understanding is there are plans to modify some of the automated moderation tools to catch things faster but that's going to take time.

That sounds great @Martin_Stahl. Some of us paying members would greatly appreciate the effort in that department.
