Aborting games

why should I get accused for aborting games if I leave one that is not active? I startn a game . My white oponent does not move. Neither does the clock. How lang am I supposed to wait before I leave this unactive game. I then get accused of aborting games unneccesarilly. Why does the site treat members like that?

Sometimes the clock stays at 30 min. And the oponent does not move. After ten of fifteen mins I think I am entitled to leave the game without being accused of aborting without reason

Is there a rule that you need a reason to abort? Sure it would be rude if someone started several games and aborted them. But single game? 

There is not a rule against aborting but if you do so on this site they threaten to restrict your account that you have paid good money for

What country to you live in? It's not a lot of money we are talking here. Just follow the rules and fair play, man.
