in correspondence it will show up as a message above the move box.

in blitz/standard, it is next to the resign button.

if you click it after 50 moves without a pawn move or capture, it will award the draw. If you click it after the position is repeated 3 times it will award the draw. Otherwise, the game will play on and on and on and on...........
