active answer against d4

I like the modern benoni against d4...but that means the opponent must play c4 on move 2...but i always answer move 2 with either an aggressive 2...c5 or a flexible 2...e6

I have good luck with the classical Dutch.  It appears, even having played it quite a bit, to be almost unsound, yet it has never been refuted and most opponents don't know what to do against it.  This is, of course, at the 1350 level of blitz in chess.com, but it is a GM weapon too, so it will work at all levels.
