After a Blunder

I just left a pawn hanging and with best play by opponent, I will be a pawn down with an iso. I will hunker down and fight it out but it is frustrating.

How do others overcome the sick feeling brought on by a blunder?

Well dropping a pawn isn't exactly a blunder unless it was infront of a castled king, then you need to worry.  when OTB, when I blunder I go Oh ****, and when I play an ultra strong move I go HOLY ****

That's when I play the Dod Gambit.  That's when you knock over all the pieces, grab the board, pick it up, hit the opponent over the head with the board, and yell "Dod Gambit!"  Then I say, " I resign" and walk away.
