Again sandbaggers? Players with high skills lurking at low ratings

So a player who plays at 1350 1550 rating range then suddently in very short time starts beating everyone, reaches peak 2160 rating with best win vs 2250 rated, then goes back to 1500 rating range.

Now there are 2 possible explanations. Uses engine, but i played him (1900) he was 1550 and destroy3d him but cant say was cheat, but surely played at above 2k strenght.

Other possibility is he has bad days which i also dont accept. I had bad days even weeks.. or period without chess then my skills drop but not from 2150 to 1500 for sure even on different time controlss. Rating gap is not tht big.

Before him i faced another one and they are many by the way. This one was more obvious. Rating 750 blitz plays me 1800 and almost plays as equal. Saw his profile and ofcourse , average rating 1500 best wins 1900...

It is possible that the account is shared between him and her 5yr old.  Many parents keep a close eye on kids' Internet usage so it isn't unnatural to share accounts this way.

You have a peak rating of 2100 and a max losing streak of 33... are you sandbagging?
