agon $15.00
The 360 thing is probably just the ability to change the viewing angle to any of the cameras they have set up. If that is important to you, then that is probably the only site that will have it.
The games will be everywhere, but not the live video coverage. So it's strictly a matter of personal preference. $15 for the whole match isn't really that much, and I know that one of the commentators will be Judit Polgar, a personal favorite. I will probably subscribe, but you can certainly follow the match for free
I hope you're right about "the games will be everywhere (for free)", but we'll have to wait and see. According to a recent Chess.com article, the three major chess sites that relayed the moves in violation of Agon's (stupid) rules during the Candidates Match last March are being sued by Agon. We'll have to wait and see whether these chess sites choose to "double down" in their defiance of the Agon (stupid) rules.
I'll have to look it up but I thought I read there are some licensed relayers this time.
Yeah, I guess you're right, now that I reread the article. If the sites use the Agon widget, I think they can relay the moves for free. (The user can pay for upgraded viewing.) The only disadvantage I see for the user is that the Agon widget doesn't look as useful as the other interfaces.
As far as I know there will be a gadget from Agon that pages can share with their viewers.
It would be completely retarded not to be able to see a freaking world championship because of a retarded thing like Agon (I havent paid a dollar in all my life to see the olympics).
Kasparov should stop being a loser talking about Trump and Putin and become a god criticizing Agon.

Is this a good way to see the chess championship, (yes I know that is subjective), it seems on the surface to be a good deal but I would like some thoughts from members, I would prefer it to be free and live 360 degrees but this is probably not going to happen so far as I have seen.
