Am I a Beginner??

Hello I was just wondering where I stand among the chess community. While my blitz and bullet ratings are around where beginners are My rapid rating is 1300. I have played chess for at least 3 or 4 years and am one of the better players in my middle school chess club. I have played, watched and briefly studied the game. Though I have never played in a real life tournament I have played about 900 games online. I know that I will continue getting better but am I a beginner or am I closer to beginner level be cause I feel like I have a good understandings of chess strategy and opening theory.

I am rated 1450 average on Blitz and I still consider myself a real beginner in chess.
You could look at chess in the form of stages... I remember when 1150 players were tough in blitz, but 1200 were simply unbeatable
afterwards were the 1400s that were simply unbeatable, and now I play around with them, occasionally beating a few 1500s here and there. I remember I beat a 1900 in another account once and I was ecstatic.
Anyways, most likely at your level you could beat most people in a social gathering, which in itself is already a good achievement. But you still got a long way to go
