You have similar elo as me (look at my stats lol)
so technically you are not bad at chess. Intermediate is probably the best word to describe your chess skill XD 😆.

Chess is an implacable mirror of our flaws. When we blunder a lot at chess (which has nothing or little to do with how much we do understand chess), we should be concerned we're not overlooking important things in real life.
i blunder a lot too, but i don't consider myself bad. i think i just need to slow down and know what im moving before i move it
Switch to 10+0, after 40 games ti 15+10 and then to 30+0. Do 200 puzzles on the other site in easy puzzles (i do 1000). You can get to 1600 next year. 1400 is 100% guranteed if you do this. When you would be 1200 start studying endgame with 100 Endgames by Jesus de la Villa.
0-1000 = beginner 1000-1600 = casual 1600-2000 intermediate 2000+ = advanced. This is all my opinion.
People if you really want to get better do puzzles instead of writing to forums.
I do do puzzles… every day even!
