If you are loosing many games then take some break from playing Chess games in those days only do tactics and lessons but Never Give Up.. Work Hard I am sure you will achieve your goals...

I will help you, if you want. I am not that strong, but stronger than you. We can go through some of your games and try to find out what you are doing well and what not.

My recommendation would be to quit chess and dedicate all that energy to watching and writing biased reviews of anime.

Excellent advice. He should take you up on that offer. I coach at my club and that`s how we do it.

How much are you willing to put in to getting better at chess? At what level will you still find it exciting even if you're not improving? Only you can answer those questions. Be comforted in the fact that it should be possible to rise well above your current level, but it takes work and self-discipline.
