Anger is RUINING my Chess [Please Help]

Like my grandfather used to say, "Feelin' angry? Well, that's OK! Just you get it under control, you're going' to have Lots more Energy and Endurance, and you're in good shape! But Anger that's Out of control?..... whoo, doggies! -- Get ready for the Big Explosion! It'll be sendin' Shrapnel flyin' in All Directions! -- includin' Yours!"
(He was quite a colorful talker, my Grandpa was.)
Hey everyone,
Sometimes I get extremely angry while playing chess which causes me to lose lot of games. Here are the things that happen when I'm in this state of mind:
1.) I move extremely fast even if I have a longer time control
2.) I don't think logically & just move, move, and move.
3.) I just want the game to finish ASAP
4.) This ultimately results in a loss or draw & increases the anger
5.) I'm usually angry at myself
6.) If my opponent is moving fast, I get angry and start moving fast too.
This "Angry state of mind" has caused me to lose countless games which I could have won if I were relaxed or calm.
Am I the only one who is experiencing anger while playing chess? Have you ever experienced something like this?
If so, how did you deal with it? How can I overcome this problem?
Please help.
You need to learn the "Serenity Now" method.

Seriously, 003: a meditation class might really make a big difference for you. And it's a really good sign that you recognize this as a problem for you. Some people just dig in and say "That's just 'me!' " and the pattern gradually gets worse, and they never even consider all the possiible sources of help, all the different, and complimentary, approaches that can produce change. Good luck!

Anger is good, but it needs to be channeled.
Me, I get furious, when my opponent has the temerity to put his pieces on my half of the board. What does he think?? He lives here??
That is when I dig down deep, and do everything in my power to find the corret line to repel him.
Cold anger you will use.
Hot anger will use you.
Stick to the cold.
