Public accusations are not allowed. It can take some time for a report to get handled and if you reported via the profile, you won't get any response to that. The site looks at the reports and if there was abuse, may warn and/or mute the member, which are things you would not be aware of.

The user [removed - MS] messaged me with antisemitic and verbal abuse. Chess.com did not respond to my report so I am naming him here. To be clear, there is a need to name people who use a forum for hate speech.
