Avoid the Four Knights, Grunfeld and Dragon (from either side of the board) as they tend to play to a computer's strengths.  I keep hearing about keeping a closed position, but it isn't entirely necessary.  Try openings with life.  You'll know what I mean with some chess experience. Queen's Indian and Nimzo Indian have life (well in many variations anyway), Dutch has life (computers severely overestimate their chances against it, rating the Leningrad +.80 better for white at least), Many Nimzo-Larsen variations have life.  Basically, anything with rich strategic and/or tactical potential and isn't wholly reliant on technique or calculation.

To add to this, go into a main line KID with Black. Computers wildly overestimate their chances in it.
