?App chess rating?

when your new to the app like me and your rating is at false low ( not much in my case)and you start playing several people at say a 1000. Then you win a few and the rating improves. When you finally finish those games that took a longer amount of time, does that game count as if you've won as a 1000 or as the higher rating? Full disclosure i'm mostly ignorant of how ratings are calculated.
