Good sacrifice or not? (I annotated it as a brilliant one just because I think it is one)
Very nice bait! What if he doesn't take your rook?
Two black Bishops on a white field?

Sorry about not answering earlier @exceptionalfork
Firstly, you need to build a strong foundation of knowledge and skills for chess. Once you reach a certain strong level, all you have to do is learn/review the opening repertoire for a tournament.
No worries. Thanks for the response, and I subscribed to your channel

What can Black do? Play garbage like Ba4?
hi, um i was looking through the forums on chess.com, and i found this one that fits exactly what im looking for. I'm a beginner at chess, and dont worry im not asking how to get good because i know that's hard to answer. I would just like to know what kind of practice i can do to try and improve quicker. Thank you for your time.
Bots are much easier opponents since they make mistakes on purpose.
Humans of course, will make less. Given that they're actually motivated to win.
You should read chess books
Thank you for your advice😊
Hey, I've asked a question some time ago ( #169 and #170) and still didn't receive a response. I know you're busy but I've been waiting for 3 weeks...
Hi , I had a few questions -
1) Why am I suddenly losing elo ? I went from 1500 rapid to 1400. What should I do different?
2)I am going for a fide tournament in May , an6 advice or tips?
3) I recently read about Fide Online Arena , will a 1500 rapid be able to become a Arena candidate master?
Really appreciate if you take time out to answer these questions
I will sub if you answer
What do I need to do to become a master, (ie. 2400+ rapid)? I'm already focused on a few aspects of my game, but I am nonetheless curious to see how you might answer this question. If possible, go over a few of my games (not just the recent ones).
Study openings deeply using Stockfish and Chessbase. Would you like me to go over your won games, or lost ones?

Playing rapid is far from beneficial. People can cheat at anytime. I play blitz because it allows me to practice new openings, and practice under time pressure. It trains your tactical vision well. All grandmasters play blitz online seriously. Look at Titled Tuseday
