hi, um i was looking through the forums on chess.com, and i found this one that fits exactly what im looking for. Playing rapid is far from beneficial. People can cheat at anytime. I play blitz because it allows me to practice new openings, and practice under time pressure. It trains your tactical vision well. All grandmasters play blitz online seriously. Look at Titled Tuseday
