See: I require chess education

I said I require chess education because I require chess education. I don't see what's wrong with that

is being an international master stressful for you?

Honestly no. I find it rather mundane

What is the best time control to get better at chess (classical, rapid or blitz)

I'd suggest blitz...

Rapid Online is kinda too sketchy.

Classical is too time-consuming

Blitz is excellent for practicing reflexes/new opening repertoire.

How do You become An IM in chess?

You score 2400 FIDE, with a minimum of 3 IM norms.

A norm is essentially any rating performance that is 2450 or more, in a strong 9 round tournament that is approved by FIDE

how can i progress from 1700 rapid to 2000 rapid i am stuck at 1700 rapid and 1400 blitz

I'd advise you to practice tactics on chesstempo-daily.

Set up the puzzle on the chessboard, and seriously think. Don't move the pieces, until you've inputted your move into the software.

Train your tactics as if you are playing in a real tournament.

why am I so bad at chess. How do I improve? Seems like I never get past 1200

I suggest you to find a good coach. Coaches are essential for improvement, as they guide you anzd offer great tips for improvement.

Practice tactics regularly, and be sure to analyze your past games. Ask yourself why you made that mistake, and think on how you could do better next time
