I play rapid on Lichess because rapid on chess.com seems to be filled with some sus people. To get better at rapid I recommend to do a lot of puzzles, analyse each of your games, and most importantly take your time while playing.

I mainly play speed chess on lichess as I really think chess. Com server is very slow lichess is good for speed chess at least better than chess..com do u agree

I know a guy who plays a lot of rapid on both sides. He showed me a screenshot of the messages he gets when an opponent of his has been banned for cheating... he played a lot more cheaters on chess.com.
To answer @gymstar074600 I don't know why, but I'd guess it's because chess.com is a lot easier to find (the site's name is literally chess) and it's bigger (if you're going to cheat, might as well do it on the biggest site).

Experience is a big factor when it comes to endgames, also, I would recommend reading some books on endgame studies and do puzzles that relate to the endgame.

I mean, this is a wild guess but cheaters in rapid at 2200+ could be as higher as 1 in every 3 games.

At 2100-2200 level the percentage of cheaters is about 3% (probably even less). It’s unlikely that it would suddenly jump up to 33% at 2200.

I reached a blitz peak of 2540 back in December but since then I have tilted quite significantly until recently where I managed to regain 2500 blitz. Pretty much this forum is designed for people to ask me anything. For example, how did I get 2500 blitz back? , what do I do to practice etc?.
