ban an opening
Sort:
if you could ban one opening (no one can play it), what opening would it be? for me, its french defence.

i would do everybody a favor and ban the Fred (basically the Duras Gambit but with Kf7)

The London, it’s fine if you’re like 600, but if you are 800+ playing it, you need to go learn some opening theory.

It depends. Played at lower levels the London is pretty boring, but not bannable, and it can get spicy at higher levels.
