happened to me, this time they just tagged me banned for fair play violation publicly, havent cheated and supports wont reply specific reason. Just have to create a 2nd acc and go on

That has to be a lie: Chess.com doesn't let banned players create a second account and return unless they've acknowledged the cheating they did on their first account. So either this new account is going to be banned as well as soon as they become aware of it, or you lied to them when you said you were cheating but don't believe you did.
actually i mean that after ban i have to make acc to continue playing chess

Watching them doesn't get you banned for cheating. Cheating gets you banned for cheating. You need to stop saying you didn't cheat, because Chess.com wouldn't have allowed you back with a 2nd chance account.

Maybe we need better definitions - there's a difference between a "ban" on being able to play chess for aborting too many games - which is temporary - and a "ban" for a fair play violation, where your account is closed and you're not allowed to create a new account here without contacting Support and admitting that you cheated. You could appeal but if that gets denied you don't get your old account back. And that's different from a "ban" on chatting, which is more properly called a mute when you've posted too frequently or with profanity or broken some other of the terms & conditions as deemed by a moderator or support person.

You can create a new account with another email if you get banned, there is no IP ban

i am not making excuses, i dont play like a gm just could play like 1500 mostly
