I believe they disagree with their initial ban, in which case I think it's likely they'll be muted again soon enough. Or they'll just accummulate snide remarks which Chess..com leave up, demonstrating way more tolerance than they're generally credited for.

Well, he needs to explain what "speaking his mind" was all about. Maybe the mute was justified, maybe it wasn't. But until the details are known, he won't get any sympathy from me.
