All I want is friendship. I'm not saying I don't see beautiful ladies and naturally to flirt now and again is fine. I love friendship though. Knowing someone. That's what satisfies.
I want to know I'm liked. As a friend. I'm not sure I've ever heard that before. I was told though I'm a genuinely nice person and I love that. I hope I don't let the lady down that told me that. I'd like to be a friend to her.
Well I love her as a person and I love how she looks so I'm off to a good start. Plus I love everybody. Everybody.

That's quite a challenging message right?
Part of the conditioning we have within our society is that we aren't allowed to love everyone.
And that's particular to areas too. So I guess it's frowned upon for an Israeli to love a Palestinian.
In my own country terrorists right now are abhorrent and understandably so.
Can you love a terrorist Tom? I'm not allowed to am I?
If you embrace a religion maybe then. Through God's grace I love all. Perhaps then.
Or maybe I can say I'm a Buddhist and talk about all experience being transcendental and say we don't attach to any emotions but must show care for all life.
But in terms of what society expects I can't just say I love you guys.
Why? Because to do so is to be seen as condoning behaviour.
Can't we love someone without approving of everything they do?

Yet I live in a modern society. Despite what many hope the government here don't attack its citizens no matter how horrific the crimes they commit. They set an example. And rightly so.

I just want to tell you about the story my mum told me.
This guy was walking to his neighbour to borrow a lawnmower.
He liked his neighbour but agitated wondering how the neighbour might grumble and complain about the impertinence.
Anyway by the time he got to the neighbour's house he was so irate he said you can stick your lawnmower!
