Beating the world's highest-rated untitled blitz players?

Sort:

(probably this guy is an IM or GM and is too lazy to get it posted on the account, but I'll put it here anyway)
Next to xiaotong2008 who I haven't played yet, Chester Reyes is the next highest-rated blitz player on chess.com, and I played him for the first time today.
What makes these guys different than GMs or IMs? At least from what I could tell, their tactical awareness was on par with a GM, but the speed at which difficult moves are played is also a factor. What do you think?

should say "next highest-rated untitled blitz player" lol

Whoa, flashy games there! Very nice wins. You know, it says that 11. cxb4 was a mistake for Black in the second game. I wonder why, because I thought it's always a good idea to undouble your pawns if you get the chance?

Nice wins: strange that he played d6 g6 in the first game, though. I wonder if it's what he typically plays in blitz against the Spanish.

It's because it gives the half open a file to the rook and opens up the diagonal for the bishop while allowing an immediate threat on a8
