Beginner frustrated with pushy people!

I am new here to this website, joined up in December and still just a beginner learning to play. I play 30 min games, but what’s really frustrating me lately is people name calling you and telling you to hurry up.
How in the world can a beginner learn to play with this pressure, I am sure it’s their tactics to throw you off but is calling you a bitch etc really called for? I don’t mind calling out two people with arsh083 right from the beginning doing it and maryamrif.
I blocked the last person in the game to stop him from the insults but he still was able to message me.
Is there anything I can do to stop people from sending theses nasty messages and emojis. I will soon quit this website if this harassment doesn’t stop.
I don’t know how a beginner can enjoy a game if this is the stuff you have to deal with.

When I was playing him I clicked his name and hit block but he was still able to send messages. I even went to settings and turned off chat but it was still coming in

Sorry to hear that! That really stinks. It's a shame that there are people like that on this website. Just ignore them, disable chat during games if you have to, and keep playing at your own pace! No reason to listen to them!

Practice and Italian opening... and couple of tactics. I know its pretty hard to get out of blitz rating 400-500 cuz ive been there too. I had something like 325 but knowing few openings like Italian opening and fried liver attack helps a lot. you can easily reach 700 with that. after that , all you gotta do is learn from your mistakes
