The perception of cheating levels is orders of magnitude more than the actual amount. The vast majority of games and players are clean

I think the Diamond Membership plan on here has a lot to offer, but I have decided to cancel. I will continue to use the features available for as long as I still have access to them and hopefully improve at playing chess.
But playing against other members seems useless, as it appears I am mostly being matched up against sandbaggers who have skill greater than their rating shows or they are outright cheaters who don't play so well in the beginning but look like chess masters in the endgame. Unfortunately, they get away with it, and this ruins the experience for honest players. I might as well just play against bots. At least then I will know what I am playing against.
I will be the first to tell you I am not that good at chess. I make bad mistakes. But I don't think I am that bad that I should be getting crushed as frequently as I have been.
I think chess.com should file lawsuits against people who make browser extensions for cheating on this platform. It's hurting their business and ruining the experience for the rest of us.
What are your thoughts? Have you experienced the same?
