Best Way to Journal About Chess?

Hi everyone.  I started playing chess years ago and for the amount I've played my game hasn't progressed much.  I want to start a chess journal because I think it will help my game.  One option is to get a notebook w/graph paper inside.  I'm wondering if there's a place in the forums to sort of journal or blog or work toward goals.  My first post ever here.  Please help.

^Thanks a lot notmtwain!  Ya, I don't care too much about having a lot of other's read it.  I think putting diagrams in it--positions from games and such--will be a lot easier and faster than drawing in a paper journal.  Thanks again!
