Bias in Indian tournament against posh players like me

I'm speaking from experience real otb tournament in Kolkata when I was a kid it is discriminated before I migrate to USA, because my English is too good and I am posh my opponent cheated also arbiter was very rude
Again I'm playing a tournament next week Kolkata I hope they change the behaviour

It's not bias against "posh" players. Bias, especially in the smaller clubs is against people who are not familiar to the organizers and players. It's something that happens in every city, every state and every country.
Kolkata is one of the cities most advanced in chess in India so I doubt the problem was you knowing the rules
Having faced such bias myself I hope it gets better for you. They'll get used to you eventually
