I totally support this! It wasn't fair before when 3/0 and 10/0 both counted as blitz.
10/0 is a totally different ball game to 3/0. They need separate rating categories.

yeah, it was an exclamation mark move! because so many kids were thinking 10 minute was blitz game because it was in blitz category! but everyone knew it wasn't!
also I haven't still gotten my 150 bullet rating, but i guess it will come eventually.

you have to log onto live chess.
I have stopped playing both blitz 10 mnts(my favorite)and 15/10 mnts rapid when I found that eight to nine out of ten players cheat on chess com with site unable to do anything.I play on 3 other sites also where cheating is comparatively less about one or two out of ten cheating with engine.

So... with this classification change, could we migrate my thousands (and the sites millions) of 10/0 of games I've played over to the rapid category so I (and everyone) don't need to play a few hundred more games to start getting relivent opponents again?

bruh do you not know that chess.com investigates millions each month for fair play
There has been a change. Now 10 mins game will be considered in a Rapid category and not blitz.
Also 150 points will be increased to everyone in bullet ratings.

Also 10mins is the most played category of time control on Chess.com.
I personally think it's a very good move.
