Yes, I judge the value of my quaff by the $ value. That's why I don't ever drink Aussie wines, and I buy Santa Margherita Pinot Grigio instead of Cavit Pinot Grigio even though they're the same vintage from the same vineyards and the same parent company! (I wonder how many people knew that!)
You are so refined fezzik, drinking expensive wine. There are some good Australian wines but they don't compare to the better more expensive wines. You have to be smart with alcohol purchasing.
