Bishops.

My defense: i played a club tournament with this setup.

And the player with the Bishops won more than the player with the Knights.

bishops threaten more squares than the Knight, they can pin, they can trap, and they can from batteries

True, but knights can fork, which, in my opinion, is best tactic.

WHERE TF IS THE BOARD?

K, here’s my description of the setup:

Black had all Knights and a King instead of two Rooks, two Knights, two Bishops, a Queen and a King. Likewise, White had all Bishops instead of the standard setup. The tournament was called Bishops vs Knights

@ChessPawn921  you always think pawn is better right

I think the Chancellor is the best piece myself (you can find it in Gothic Chess and XXL Chess).

It moves like the Knight and the Rook.

I always sacrifice my bishop to get the enemy knight.

Not a good approach...

Agreed

Obviously is depends on pawn structure. Open, closed position.

hm it depends, knight is better in closed position while bishop is open position. But tbh if i were to choose on i would go with bishop
