I have tried responding to a friend' challenge and I end up in a black screen..unable to do anything..I have tried accessing the 'play' site from within Chess.com...same problem......any ideas......

theres a game which I will lose in around 20 minutes, we are in the opening. hopefully I get rating refunded if I lose because of this :C
I was having this problem for about 6 hours. My daily games were working fine this morning and then suddenly I got the blank screen like we're all talking about. I went into the advanced settings for Chrome and cleared cookies and history and now the site is fully functional for me.
The problem has been resolved. I am not a member of the staff team, but I just checked everything and it is all working just fine.

Everytime I click play, the screen is blank!!
YThankfull we can still play the against bots. lol.
Still an issue for me. Using Chrome 88.0.4324.104.
