I saw that. However, I shouldn't have been. I never changed a setting. there is another thread with other users also having the same problem.

I saw a complaint about this in the forum earlier. A number of people said they had the same problem... then after a while they started getting rated games again. No idea what the problem is, but seems you're not alone.
