BAN BY CHESS.COM (FOR CHEATING)

Does anyone knows how chess.com catch people in cheating ,which criteria they look because i think that 99 percent players with rtcg over 2500 are using some chess software,i have fide rtcg 1930 and in chess.com i have 1620 so players with rtcg over 2900 here would have 3100 fide ,that means they would play better than kasparov and anand , one my friend was blocked and he never get answer why they block him so does enebody knows how they check that players and why there are some players also cheating but never been blocked????

chess.com do not tell the rest of us as they do not want cheaters to adapt their methods,try contacting help and support to tell if them if you think that people are cheating and do not talk about cheating in the public forums, there is a group for that.
