Did you send an email to support@chess.com yet? Ask them if there has been any change in membership benefits in regards to solving the tactics trainer type of puzzles. (Not Puzzle Rush or Puzzle Battle)
When I had a premium membership and did the puzzles regularly (not recently), I never had problems. Perhaps it's a bug? Post #3 is from Chess.com Admin and provided a link to another thread with the same problem? I'm going to check it out now. Good luck.
