I've been making so many forums recently... and you know why. Because I've been tilting for the past 1.5 months. I wanna quit chess forever, but I literally can't because I've spent so much time on it. Last forum I made, I lost 4 games in a row, and almost gained all the points back. Well, guess what. I lost 3 games in a row now. Whenever I feel like I've finally stop tilted, I'm finally gonna reach 1900, I'm making a comeback, this happens. I literally remember it. When I reached 1879, in the beginning of my tilt, I dropped to 1857. When I reached 1876, I dropped back down to 1870, which, tbh, was very good considering the other tilts I've had. When I reached 1878, I tilted to 1851. Now, when I had 4 wins in a row, when I finally thought my frickin god forsaken tilt was over and reached 1868, guess what, I got back to 1853.  I know some rando is gonna say, I've been thorugh worse, I've tilted 100 points, whatever. But whenever I see some people tilt they recover in like a day, or a few days, or like a week. I've been at this for over a month. I really wanna know how before this tilt I won like 8 games in a row... And I swear if someone is gonna be toxic and say "ohHoHoHoHo little aUtiStic kId cOmpLainIng oVer sOmE pOiNts" SHUT UP

I made this forum not for people to argue and mess around. If you aren't gonna give advice, then please shut up.

Avatar of 8NONYMOUS_0

yeah I was just saying, you can play chess just for fun, or you can practice a bit before going to tournaments and games

maybe just study different openings, theory, idk

I know exactly how u feel, I've tilted many times, and yes, I know, I got all my rating back, but after the first time I hit 1000 rating I fell off and it took me 2 months to get back, earlier this year, I lost 200 elo in 5 days, I got back, I feel of 1300 blitz a over a month after, took me a month to get back, don't give up, keep going, just try a little harder. but I would say that u should probably take a break of playing chess for at least 2 weeks. ur brain is probably tired of chess, thats how I felt. if the weather is good, go out on hikes or something, go out in nature or do something recreational, or just go outside and get some fresh air. do somehthing u enjoy to take ur mind off of chess. and when u come back, don't immediately play games again, analyze some of ur recent games to see where u went wrong and learn from ur mistakes. also don't start playing a lot at once, play very few games a day and then slowy build up after, and if ur tilting again, stop playing. I would suggest that if u lost 3 games out of 3or 4 or 5 games, just stop playing for the day. give ur mind a break, then take a look at where u went wrong and see what u can learn. hopefully u can see some improvement. hope this helps happy.png
