Problems visualizing the future positions, problems finding good moves to calculate in those future positions, or problems calculating in general when the position is "deep" i.e. complex?

What you should do is pick up Andrew Soltis's "The Inner Game of Chess". It's literally a book on Calculation, and is the book that catapulted me from 1400 to 1800 before opening theory got me from 1800 to 2100.
You shouldn't have trouble finding it on a place like Amazon as they just recently reprinted the book in 2014 (November). The original edition came out in 1994.
