You want premium but you can’t get it. What makes you think others will give you premium
He said his country doesn’t have credit cards which would be the reason but I’m not sure if that’s true. Still if it is it’s a fair reason. I wouldn’t recommend asking for premium here though, you may get punished

yes it is true that we don't have any online paying methods or else I would have saved up and got it myself and I want it to learn more chess because I love it and where or who can o ask to give me it

You have been doing all your puzzles here on Chess Dot Com. I know you would put a membership to good use. But you could buy two tactics books for the cost of an annual Gold Membership. The Platinum Membership won't help you learn to review your own games unless you do your own analysis first and compare it to CDC analysis.
Someone could gift you a monthly membership. But what about next month? We can't sustain you like that indefinitely. I have a list of 161 people wanting memberships. They can't all be supported. It wouldn't be fare to them to give you a membership because they are all great people.
I have been collecting chess books for decades. Get some tactics books. Some of us do care. It's just that we can't help everybody.
I find it very hard to convince a stranger on a chess website to randomly give you a subscription of 100 dollars.

I would, but there is a terrifying currency conversion from bahts to American dollars, so even I can not afford it.
Advanced chess tactics and openings books, unless you don’t know basic tactics
