ok why are you complaining? don't play on chess.com. I have played a lot of games and never encountered a cheater that i can think of. not a lot compared to some, but quite a few.
Can anyone play at this site without cheating?

you are right there for sure. And although i dont' play too much blitz i can see how there could be cheating there.

So I've never seen a cheater but the only way to not see cheaters is to play blitz or bullet. Sometimes computers take a long time, and this way they won't be able to move the computer's moves on the board.
